We are looking for a Data Engineer Lead to build and scale reliable data systems for a fast-growing fintech investment platform like Stockbit & Bibit. You will lead the data engineering function, ensuring our teams have trusted, timely, and secure data to support product, growth, risk, and business decisions.
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models.
Lead data architecture for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needs.
Improve data quality, governance, documentation, and monitoring.
Mentor data engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
Strong experience in data engineering, including SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with warehouses, orchestration tools, and streaming or batch processing.
Solid understanding of data architecture, scalability, and reliability.
Leadership experience in guiding technical projects and mentoring engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
