About the role

Hi! We are looking for Office Facility & Management to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment. You will work to check devices, structures and systems (e.g. fire alarms and air-conditioners) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations. You will also coordinate with external vendors, such as cleaners and insurance agents, and conduct cost analyses when purchasing new systems or services. Moreover, you will liaise with cross-function department and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. cooling system, alarms, security cameras)
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
  • Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements, e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries.
  • Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
  • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
  • Able to do Office Project such as Relocations, Renovations, and Layout/Fitout New Floor and New Buildings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (K3)
  • Liaise with cross-function department and internal stakeholders to manage some projects or issues that might happen.

What you will need

  • 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Office Manager, or Facility Maintenance position.
  • Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups at both a general and technical level.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • demonstrate integrity in the workplace through honesty and transparency of information.
  • Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.
  • Have Project planning & Management ability to multitask effectively.
  • Have experience in crisis management, one of which is dealing with pandemic situations
