About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our team and help drive business growth through people. As an HRBP, you will act as a bridge between HR and the business, making sure HR solutions are practical and aligned with company goals. You’ll work closely with leaders to improve the employee experience, give advice on people-related matters, and help solve challenges with a human-centered approach. Your role will focus on supporting performance and contributing to the growth and development of our people and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management and stakeholders, supporting decision-making and issue resolution with a strong focus on people and organizational impact.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage the full performance management cycle, from planning to evaluation, including creating and monitoring individual development plans.
  • Review and assess organizational structure to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Handle employee relations by acting as a trusted partner, resolving workplace issues, and supporting open communication.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives based on organizational needs to drive continuous improvement and capability building.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting a champion mentality, fostering a growth mindset, and addressing unproductive behaviors or mindsets within the organization.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; industry experience in Fintech, Banking, or Investment is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Hands-on experience in managing performance management cycles from start to finish.
  • Strong background in employee relations, including handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comprehension skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose effective, people-centered solutions.
  • Solid critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic, ever-evolving organization.
